Author: Mark Manson Published by: Harper Collins Number of pages: 210 Genre: Self-Help Honestly, I bought this book after seeing it on my sister's Instagram story and I happen to ask her for her review on it. She said that never has she laughed so hard while reading a book which is under the genre of "self-help". The very next moment, I was on Amazon, placing an order of this book! As soon as the order was delivered, I couldn't help but open it and start reading, almost immediately. The book is goddamn amazing! It is not like other books under this genre and it instantly connects with the reader and you realize, "Damn! This is so me!" The instances given in the book are so amazing and realistic. Brida - what it teaches us!

(photo courtesy: Goodreads) Paulo Coelho has been my favourite author since ages; his writing is so simple and so motivational, that the reader can see themselves as the protagonist of the story and live in the magical world as the story progresses... I finished Brida in less than 24 hours! It was so intriguing that I lost myself in the book and the story. On a personal note, it helped me connect a few dots of my own destiny ! The story is of a young Irish girl, Brida, who is in search of her destiny and struggles to find a balance between her relationship and the desire to transform herself!
