Review - PK the Film

PK, another super-duper hit by Amir Khan..!! 

The story is about an ALIEN (Amir Khan , off course) who comes on Earth to do some research. The spaceship lands in Rajasthan, India where he gets down and soon is robbed from the "locket" i.e his remote for calling back the spaceship to take him.

He does look like a human but he cant talk or understand the language of us humans. He doesn't wear any clothes as, on his planet no one does.

Slowly, he starts picking up the lifestyle of the people and dresses up, eats food etc... But still cant understand what the people are talking.. On his planet, people don't talk, they  simply hold hands and transfer the data in to each other whatever they want to communicate. Here he doesn't get any such chance to hold hands here. Holding hands of any male makes that person feel he's Gay and holding hands of lady is not allowed.

Days go on, he has fun and tries to learn the human nature. One day he is hit by an auto driven by Sanjay Dutt, and thus he lands up at his house. Sanjay Dutt observes PK and feels that PK wants to have sex, so he takes him to a "red-light area" where PK meets a prostitute. Here he takes her hands in his and for 6 hours he learns the "bhojpuri" language and many other things. He "transfers" data from hers to his.

Thus he can now talk the native language, and he tells Sanjay Dutt that someone robbed his locket, which is very important for him and very costly too. He avoids tellling him about the locket being a remote and he an ALIEN !!!

Sanjay Dutt tells him that the thief might have sold that to someone in Delhi.. You have to go there and try and hence.... PK lands in Delhi

Here is the actual movie starts... the fun part... the main story... where he meets Anushka Sharma and how he finds out where his locket is... Ultimately, Anushka helps him to get his dear thing and the whole process is truly enjoyable and the whole outlook makes us feel yes, we do this , all of us.

We all, May it be a Hindu, a Muslim or Catholic or any religion, we believe in miracles and God so much that, a point comes we become superstitious.

The thing I liked about this movie is that, to some extent, it shows that yes we all humans have forgotten humanity and we have been divided not only religion but further ahead castes too. How we follow the religion according to our convenience and there's no unity among us...

At some point, yes i do feel there is certain level of truth hidden in the concept of the movie...

God never asked us to kill people, do injustice, kill animals, or keep fasts just to fulfill our wish. At the end, we get what we are truly destined for and what He feels is best for us...

We may not always get what we want , but we will surely get what we need.

At the end, PK proves how the "bhondu baba's" are and also what true love is...!!

With that he leaves Anushka with her Sarfaraz (sushant singh rajput) and the planet Earth.

Protagonist Amir Khan, as usual did something "hatke" and this movie makes you put your brain and heart  on work and think... The way he talks Bhojpuri language and the way he keeps his eyes, wide open is to b appreciated!!

Are we really humans? And are we really following religion? and what is more superior ? Humanity or the Religion ??

The movie, makes you laugh your heart out, clap, hoot, also bring tears in your eyes, makes you think that yes, probably there's some sense in the story & there's some message PK wants to convey!!

On an all i would give it a 5 stars outta 5 and why shouldn't one... it is the highest grossing movie and fastest to enter in 100-crore club!! The statistics say it all ;-)

Amir Sir, gives another blockbuster, and yes he is one of the very few who's growing from better to the best and from best to the best-est !! A hard working man and his hard work pays off and makes his audience to come and watch him !!  Added with a WOW dressing of Anushka, and Boman Irani, again my favorite, as a supporting character,  he as usual is at his best !!

A must must must watch !!!!!

When the movie ends, you'll definitely be singing "tinga tinga nanga punga" and wonder - Religion or Humanity :) ^_^
